VALUATION

It is estimated that two thirds of the world’s wealth is stored in real estate and property assets often make up a significant proportion of company balance sheet assets.

 Valuations of personal and corporate assets are important tools in making investment decisions. An accurate valuation from a professionally qualified valuer with significant market experience can assist with raising finance or add the necessary credibility to company financial statements.

All valuations are conducted by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Registered Valuers to RICS ‘Red Book’ and IVS standards and comply with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
