ADRIAN CAMPS FRICS, ACIArb Director


Adrian has over 40 years of property experience, with 15 years  in the Gulf and the last 10 years spent in Qatar. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an RICS registered valuer. He has carried out valuations of all asset types in the region and beyond.  He is an expert in complex valuations, financial modelling and feasibility studies.

He has worked at Director level for Knight Frank, Savills, Chestertons and Colliers international.

As Retail Director level for the Rixos/Accor group and Boulevard Mall in Qatar he designed tenant mix, leasing strategy, service charge budgets and secured anchor tenants.

He provides key property advice to corporations and governmental institutions and has delivered large scale  corporate consultancy and property research projects. 

He is an expert in alternative dispute resolution (ADR)  and has acted as an arbitrator, independent expert and expert witness in domestic and international cases.

Ivy Ngo, Marketing Director


Ivy has extensive experience in Vietnam, Middle East and Europe.  She has specialised in the hospitality industry and provides valuable consultancy support.

She has also worked in real estate development, at high level and has extensive experience in retail industries and associated real estate. This experience is supplemented by broad industry knowledge. 

She overseas the market research function and provides vital market information to the other teams.

She is head of business development and participates in client briefings, presentations and business proposals.

Christopher Sims FRICS

Consultant

 

Chris has over thirty years of diverse and significant experience in property & hospitality, investment and business development in the UK, MENA, Europe and Asia.

He has a proven record of accomplishment in property development, project management, property management, portfolio management, and asset management, having been actively involved in many of the world's major property developments and portfolios.

His experience covers a wide range of use classes including entertainment, commercial, residential, retail, leisure, regeneration, heritage-related and PPP/PFI projects.

He advised the Bahraini Government in respect of market regulation and the establishment of the RERA authority. He was the founding CEO of ALDAR PJSC in Abu Dhabi to become that emirates largest real estate development and asset management company.

Chris is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors a RICS Registered Valuer and a RICS Accredited Expert Witness.. He has been based in the Middle East for many years, and has experience in Bahrain, Qatar, the UAE and KSA.

Ahmed Ebaidullah CMC Consultant

 

Ahmed is an experienced investment professional and management consultant, with rich experience in banking, PE/VC investment funds, strategy, and operational and commercial matters.

He has spent the majority of his life working in the Middle East for international consultancies including Deloitte.

Through his years of experience, Ahmed managed and delivered projects to a wide array of public and privates sector organizations across numerous industries, serving on small, medium and large scale projects at local, regional and international levels.

Ahmed has led and assessed numerous real estate investment projects across different verticals, including hospitality, residential, commercial, retail, industrial and mix-used projects in the Middle East. He has considerable experience of the local real estate markets and valuation and feasibility procedures.

He led the commercial and financial assessment for five-star hotels, large mix-used projects, and a number of freehold residential towers in the Pearl - Qatar.
